Resources

I often get asked what tools that we’re using. Some of these tools we’ve developed (lead tracking worksheet, email swipe file and a few others), others are tools that we pay for and are VERY happy with.

I only list tools here that we have used, are presently using or know a lot about. If I’ve never used it (or don’t believe in it), I won’t tell people about it.

With that said, there are some free tools here, but if you do decide to purchase a tool, we may get a small commission for it (not paid for by you). If you would like, take a look at our Affiliate Disclosure to find out more.

CallRail – Call Tracking
We use this on EVERY one of our Google Ads campaigns. CallRail helps us track phone calls from each campaign and report it back to Google as a conversion. We’ve used it for more than 10 years.

Landingi – Landing Page Software
This is the landing page software we suggest to all of our students. Easy to use, great customer support and best of all, easy on the pocketbook, ESPECIALLY when you’re just getting your landing pages started.

ClickCease – Click Fraud Software
We use this software on EVERY client that we work with. This software helps prevent against click fraud and saves each and every campaign a LOT of money. It’s is a MUST HAVE for every agency.

PPC Ad Lab
This is a software we use to help us see what other companies are running Google Ads in various locations. Helps us see what is working, what’s not and gets us off on the right foot in EVERY campaign.

Hyros
This is the #1 tracking software on the market (and deserves it). This software can tell you EXACTLY where your traffic is coming from and most importantly, what is converting. We love this software.

Active Campaign Email
I’ve used several email clients over the last 15 years and this is by far my favorite. I say that because of its ease of use, advanced features and the setup simplicity. This is the email software that I tell everyone about.

Skool
This is where we host our agency and Google Ads training courses. This is by far the #1 choice (and we’ve tried them all). Hosts courses, communities, calendars, etc.
